蘊涵有限公司（YUN HAN LIMITED，以下稱「本公司」）重視您的個人資料與隱私。本隱私權政策說明您使用「卡樂里（Kaleli）」App 時，App 如何處理飲食、健康、照片與訂閱相關資料，以及本公司如何保護您的隱私。
卡樂里的設計原則是：只處理提供功能所必要的資料，並盡可能讓個人飲食與健康紀錄保留在您的裝置上。
一、卡樂里處理的資料
1. 您主動輸入的飲食與健康資料
- 飲食與餐點紀錄
- 食物名稱、份量、重量與營養資訊
- 常用食物及近期使用紀錄
- 體重紀錄
- 健康與飲食目標
- 其他由您自行輸入的餐點或營養資料
這些資料主要用於提供飲食紀錄、營養計算、趨勢顯示及其他與 App 功能直接相關的服務。目前版本不要求使用者建立卡樂里帳號。
2. Apple Health 資料
若您主動授權卡樂里存取 Apple Health，App 可能唯讀取步數、活動能量、運動分鐘及 Workout／運動紀錄。卡樂里僅在取得您的授權後讀取您同意提供的資料，目前不會將資料寫入 Apple Health。
您可以隨時透過 iPhone 的「健康」App 或系統隱私權設定變更或撤回 Apple Health 的存取權限。來自 Apple Health 的資料僅用於向您提供健康、活動與飲食相關功能，不會用於廣告、行銷、跨服務追蹤或建立廣告使用者輪廓，也不會出售給資料仲介商、廣告平台或其他資訊轉售業者。
3. 營養標示照片與 OCR 辨識
當您使用營養標示掃描功能時，App 會處理您選擇或拍攝的營養標示影像，以辨識食品名稱、份量及營養資訊。目前版本以裝置端處理為主要方式。
營養標示照片不會因使用辨識功能而自動上傳至蘊涵有限公司的伺服器，也不會由本公司為辨識目的永久保存。辨識結果僅作為協助輸入的建議，您仍可在儲存餐點前確認或修正內容。
4. 訂閱與購買資訊
卡樂里可能透過 Apple StoreKit 提供「Kaleli Pro／卡樂里 Pro」自動續訂服務。訂閱付款、Apple Account 驗證及付款方式由 Apple 處理。
卡樂里可能取得 Apple StoreKit 提供的必要交易與訂閱權限狀態，以判斷您是否具有有效的 Pro 使用資格。本公司不會透過卡樂里取得您的完整信用卡號或 Apple Account 密碼。
二、資料使用目的
- 建立與管理飲食及餐點紀錄
- 計算與顯示營養資訊
- 顯示體重、活動及飲食趨勢
- 提供 Apple Health 活動資訊整合
- 辨識營養標示內容
- 保存常用食物及使用者偏好
- 確認 Kaleli Pro 訂閱權限
- 維持 App 正常運作、除錯與資訊安全
- 履行法令、契約或保障合法權益所必要之義務
我們不會任意出售、出租或交換您的個人資料。
三、資料儲存與傳輸
卡樂里的飲食、體重及其他個人紀錄，目前主要儲存在您的裝置上。卡樂里目前沒有自有的使用者帳號系統，也沒有以蘊涵有限公司自建後端集中保存使用者飲食或健康紀錄。
若未來新增伺服器傳輸、帳號、跨裝置同步或其他會改變資料處理方式的功能，本公司將在相關功能推出前更新本政策，並依適用規定提供必要告知或取得同意。
四、第三方服務
卡樂里目前可能使用 Apple Health / HealthKit、Apple StoreKit，以及 iOS 系統相機、照片或相關裝置功能。相關服務可能依 Apple 的隱私權政策與系統權限機制處理必要資料。
目前版本未整合第三方廣告 SDK，亦不以跨 App 或跨網站行為追蹤為目的處理您的健康與飲食資料。
五、廣告與追蹤
目前卡樂里不使用 Apple Health、飲食、體重或其他健康相關資料進行個人化廣告、行銷名單建立、跨 App 或跨網站追蹤、廣告資料探勘，亦不出售或交換給資料仲介商或廣告平台。
六、資料保存與刪除
由卡樂里儲存在裝置上的資料，通常會保留至您主動刪除紀錄、使用 App 提供的刪除功能，或移除 App 及其相關本機資料為止。
若資料由 Apple 的系統服務處理，例如 Apple Health 或 App Store 訂閱交易，其保存及刪除方式另依 Apple 的服務機制與相關政策辦理。
七、您的選擇與權利
- 查看、更正或刪除您建立的飲食與體重紀錄
- 停止使用特定功能
- 透過 iOS 系統設定撤回 Apple Health、照片等權限
- 管理或取消 Apple App Store 訂閱
- 就本公司實際持有的個人資料提出查詢、閱覽、更正、停止使用或刪除等請求
八、兒童與未成年人
卡樂里目前並非專門為兒童設計的服務。若未成年人使用本 App，應依所在地法律及家庭情況，由其法定代理人或監護人提供必要協助與指導。
九、資料安全
本公司依服務性質採取合理的技術與管理措施，以降低未經授權存取、遺失、濫用或不當揭露資料的風險。但任何電子裝置、網路或資料儲存方式皆無法保證絕對安全。
十、隱私權政策更新
本公司可能因 App 功能、資料處理方式、Apple 平台規範或相關法令變動更新本政策。重大變更如會影響使用者資料的處理方式，我們將依適用規定提供適當告知。

YUN HAN LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) respects your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Kaleli app processes nutrition, health, photo, and subscription-related information.
Kaleli is designed to process only the information necessary to provide its features and, wherever reasonably possible, to keep personal nutrition and health records on your device.
1. Information Processed by Kaleli
1.1 Nutrition and Health Information You Enter
- Meal and food logs
- Food names, portions, weights, and nutrition information
- Favorite and recently used foods
- Weight records
- Health and nutrition goals
- Other meal or nutrition information entered by you
The current version of Kaleli does not require you to create a Kaleli account.
1.2 Apple Health Data
If you authorize Kaleli to access Apple Health, the app may read steps, active energy, exercise minutes, and workout records. Kaleli currently does not write information to Apple Health.
Apple Health information is used only to provide health, activity, and nutrition-related features. It is not used for advertising, marketing, cross-service tracking, or advertising profiles, and is not sold to data brokers or advertising platforms.
1.3 Nutrition Label Photos and OCR
When you use nutrition label scanning, Kaleli processes images you select or capture to recognize food names, serving information, and nutrition values. The current version primarily performs this recognition on the device.
Nutrition label images are not automatically uploaded to servers operated by YUN HAN LIMITED and are not permanently retained by us for recognition purposes.
1.4 Subscription and Purchase Information
Kaleli may offer an automatically renewing Kaleli Pro subscription through Apple StoreKit. Subscription payments, Apple Account authentication, and payment methods are processed by Apple.
Kaleli may receive transaction and subscription entitlement information from Apple StoreKit to determine whether you currently have access to Kaleli Pro. We do not obtain your full payment card number or Apple Account password through Kaleli.
2. How Information Is Used
- Create and manage meal and food records
- Calculate and display nutrition information
- Display weight, activity, and nutrition trends
- Integrate Apple Health activity information
- Recognize nutrition label information
- Maintain favorite foods and preferences
- Determine Kaleli Pro subscription entitlement
- Maintain app functionality, debugging, and information security
- Comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations
We do not arbitrarily sell, rent, or exchange your personal information.
3. Data Storage and Transmission
Kaleli’s meal, weight, and other personal records are currently stored primarily on your device. The current version does not operate its own user account system and does not use a YUN HAN LIMITED backend to centrally store users’ nutrition or health records.
If future features introduce server transmission, accounts, cross-device synchronization, or other material changes to data processing, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features are introduced.
4. Third-Party and Platform Services
Kaleli may use Apple Health / HealthKit, Apple StoreKit, and iOS camera, photo, and related device services. The current version does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs and does not process health or nutrition information for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Kaleli currently does not use Apple Health data, nutrition records, weight records, or other health-related information for personalized advertising, marketing-list creation, cross-app or cross-website tracking, or sale to data brokers or advertising platforms.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by Kaleli generally remains on your device until you delete the relevant records, use available deletion features, or remove the app and its associated local data.
Information processed by Apple services, such as Apple Health information or App Store subscription transactions, is subject to Apple’s applicable retention and deletion mechanisms.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- View, correct, or delete meal and weight records you created
- Stop using particular features
- Revoke Apple Health, photo, or other permissions through iOS settings
- Manage or cancel your Apple App Store subscription
- Request access to, correction of, restriction of use of, or deletion of personal information actually held by YUN HAN LIMITED
8. Children and Minors
Kaleli is not currently designed specifically for children. If a minor uses the app, a parent, legal representative, or guardian should provide appropriate assistance and guidance as required by applicable law.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or improper disclosure. No electronic device, network, or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, data-processing practices, Apple platform requirements, or applicable laws change.
